Mr Askew is a mining engineer with over 30 years broad international experience as a Director/CEO for a wide range of Australian and international publicly listed mining, mining finance and other mining related companies. He holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering (Honours) and a Master Degree, Engineering Science. Mr Askew has served on the board of over 28 public companies, currently including Sino Gold, Ausdrill, Asian Mineral Resources, Golden Star Resources and Yamana Gold. |

Peter W Clarke (Non-executive Director)
Mr Clarke has over 30 years experience of investment management and until 1987 held various directorships in the UK and was managing director of a stockbroking firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) degree from London University and was a member of the UK Institute of Investment Management and Research. Other directorships include Canning Energy Limited since 1987 and Platinum Capital Ltd since 1999. |

Terrence N Fern (Non-executive Director)
Mr Fern has over 25 years of extensive international experience in petroleum and minerals exploration, development and financing. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Sydney and has followed careers in both exploration geophysics and natural resource investment. Mr Fern was appointed a director of Petsec Energy Ltd in 1999 and is currently the chairman and managing director of Petsec Energy Ltd. |

Terence V Willsteed (Non-executive Director)
Mr Willsteed holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) Honours and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and has, since 1973, been the principal of consulting mining engineers Terence Willsteed & Associates. His forty year career in the mining industry has included senior line operational and engineering positions with Zinc Corporation, Mt Isa Mines Ltd and Consolidated Goldfields Ltd. Other directorships include Diamond Rose N.L. since 2005, Kimberley Oil N.L. since 2002,
Goldsearch Limited since 2004 and International Ferro Metals Limited since 2005.
In his consulting experience Mr Willsteed has been involved in the assessment and development of a wide range of mineral, coal and oil shale projects, and has participated in the management of developing and operating mineral projects both in Australia and internationally. |

Robert Thomson (Chief Executive Officer)
Mr Thomson holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) and a MBA and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He has 30 years of Australian and international experience in exploration, development, construction and operations. For the last 10 years he has specialised in Asian mining developments including GM for the feasibility and delivery of Kingsgate Consolidated’s Chatree Gold Mine in Thailand and Project Director for Oxiana’s Sepon gold mine in Laos. |

Barry Wells (Chief Financial Officer / Company Secretary)
Mr Wells holds a Master of Applied Finance and is a Chartered Accountant (UK). He has held executive management positions in international resource companies over a period of 30 years. He was Chief Accountant of LASMO PLC in the UK and in its Indonesian operations and General Manager Finance of Ampolex Ltd, a top 50 Australian listed Company.

Jose P. Leviste Jr (Chairman, Australasian Philippines Mining Inc.)
Mr J Leviste is Chairman of Climax’s Philippine operating company and holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University and a MBA from Columbia University. He has over 30 years experience in business and top level Philippine government roles including past Cabinet membership. He was former Vice Chairman of PASAR and is Chairman of Primex (a major Philippine consulting group to ADB and other Government agencies) and Chairman of Polistrat (a national public affairs company). |

James I Stewart (Exploration Manager - Asia)
Mr Stewart holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours), from University of New England, and Master of Science, from James Cook University, degrees, and Diploma in Education and is a long standing member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy since 1978. His 28 year career in the mining industry includes Australian Exploration Manager, Chief Geologist Technical Services and Australasian-Asia Pacific and NW USA Generative Exploration/acquisition. Senior positions were held with Newmont Mining
Corporation, Homestake Mining Corporation, Minorco, Delta Gold, and Aurion Gold. Directorships have been held with Fimiston Mining, and currently include Golden Archer Resources and Allstrong Investments.
In his primary roles he has been responsible for several economic gold and copper-gold discoveries, guiding project generation efforts in Australia and internationally and rationalizing the mineral assets after mergers including Corona, Plutonic, and Ross Mining. Other commodity experience includes tin/tungsten and base metals.
